My journey in candle crafting earnestly began in 1979 in New York City at the Magickal Childe, located at 35 W 19th St, where I was employed. There, by accident, I created my first hand-carved and glittered candle. From there, I opened Enchantments at 341 E 9th St with Carol Bulzone and continued creating my hand-carved candles.
In 1986, I independently published my book, The Enchanted Candle. Since then, three or four editions have been printed, including a French edition. In 2021, I began my journey with multidisciplinary artist Monique “MileMrKr” Marian to bring the Enchanted Candle designs directly from my book to life, thus creating the Enchanted Intention Candles.
